Hidden Valley is a small deed restricted community that offers a peaceful country living at its best! It features aesthetically pleasing craftsman-style homes on spacious lots with underground utilities, sidewalks, and vintage streetlamps that line up its private roads.

To protect, preserve, and enhance property values in our community.

Violations | Complaints

Effective immediately, all complaints of perceived violations of the HOA Bylaws and/or the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions MUST be reported via the Complaint Form available in the HOA Community Documents tab at the top. ATTENTION ASSOCIATION MEMBERS: MEETING NOTICE PAPERWORK WAS EMAILED TO ALL OF YOU ON 10/21/25. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS! THANK YOU.

*Streetlights*

CHELCO is responsible for the maintenance and repair of our streetlights. All malfunctions or perceived maintenance & repairs must be reported to the HOA via email (provide streetlight number and a brief description of the problem or issue).

*Quiet Hours*

In Okaloosa County, quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. This ordinance is applicable to all Okaloosa County residents including Hidden Valley property homeowners and residents. Please be aware that the county has shifted from using decibel meters to a "plainly audible" standard. This means that noise is considered a violation if it can be heard beyond the property lines during restricted hours.
