REMINDERS:
*Lawnmowing Season is Upon Us*
Maintaining lawns mowed and landscaping well-kept and uncluttered not only creates a welcoming environment for our community, but it is vital for enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal and contributes to the overall property values of our homes. Hidden Valley's lawn care contractor's services will be done bi-weekly from April to September.
*Streetlights*
Please do NOT contact Chelco regarding streetlights' issues, lightbulb replacements or malfunctions. All issues must be reported to the HOA via email (hiddenvalleyflhoa@gmail.com) - please provide us with details such as the streetlight number (on pole), a brief description of the issue, your name and street address. The HOA will submit a service order request to Chelco to have the issue corrected.
*Quiet Hours*
In Okaloosa County, quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. This ordinance is applicable to all Okaloosa County residents including Hidden Valley property owners and residents. Please be aware that the county has shifted from using decibel meters to a "plainly audible" standard. This means that noise is considered a violation if it can be heard beyond the property lines during restricted hours. All Hidden Valley property owners and residents are responsible the complying with the County's ordinance and the HOA CC&Rs' Article X, Section. Thank you!
